About us

Plumbing work is easy to get wrong in ways a customer cannot see. We built this company around the opposite: explain the problem in plain language, quote the cost before starting, and show up when we said we would.

We work on older homes with aging infrastructure, newer construction, rentals, and commercial buildings. A lot of our work is water heaters, leaks, and drains, and a lot of it comes from neighbors telling neighbors.

How we work

• We tell you the cost before the work starts. If what we find on site changes the job, we stop and talk to you first.
• We explain what is happening without the jargon, including what can wait and what cannot.
• We answer the phone 7 days a week, 7am to 5pm, including weekends, and we do our best to get to emergencies the same day.
• We are licensed and insured, and we will hand you the license number without being asked. It is 1147550.

Our team

We are a small local crew, which means the person who answers the phone knows the job and the person who shows up at your door is part of the same team. You will not be handed to a call center or passed between subcontractors.

Commercial and property management

We work with landlords, property managers, and commercial buildings across the county. If you manage multiple units, we can invoice by unit address so the paperwork matches how you track costs, and we can set up recurring priority scheduling.
