My hot water heater fizzled on me Saturday and I called this morning. Christina said Alex could come out today, which was great. She checked out what was wrong and said she could replace it today. Which she did. I was impressed how she got the work done. And I got hot water! Yay! I will Definitely use them in the future, and I will refer them to friends and family. Great to support a local woman owned an operated business.

Alex and the team at Northwest Plumbing are outstanding. We had an emergency with a significant leak on our side of the city water main, discovered first thing the morning by city crews. I reached out to Northwest via their web interface, and Alex and her office team both called back within an hour and a half. She had availability (thankfully!) in the afternoon, and we were fully fixed and back up before 3 PM - amazing. The project also came in squarely within her estimate range at a very fair price, especially for short-notice work. The little things also really mattered - they send text updates when they are en route, when the service is active and complete, and also sent pictures with the invoice via email of the repair before and after the work. It was refreshing to have all of this customer-facing communication. Overall the customer service experience on top of the actual high-quality plumbing service was fantastic. The fact that they are local and woman-owned is also a great bonus.

A major leak at my commercial building. These ladies got me right into the schedule and took care of it all. From my first call to completion it was less than 5 hours. Communication was so great. I knew when they were coming, received a call about the task at hand and what the cost would be then the work was done. The day could have gone completely different for me and my tenant but it all went so smooth. I will continue to support this small Humboldt County women owned business.

Alex was incredible! She showed up on time, gave me a clear set of expectations, and got my drain cleared same day. Also provided an estimate for future services if needed. I called Northwest Plumbing Solutions about a recurring laundry room drainage issue. Alex came out, had the correct tools and skill to accurately diagnose the problem, fix it, and install a new drain cleanout, all for a very reasonable price. We had a DIY emergency on a Saturday at 4:00pm. Luckily, Northwest Plumbing was still open and an associate was at our house in 20 minutes of calling them! Alexandra was pleasant, professional, and FAST ! She had our problem fixed, replaced an almost rusted out part and was on her way in no time! We would definitely call them again, if ever the need arises.

Wow! Alex happened to be 10 mins away when I called about my leaky dishwasher. She arrived, listened to me explain what in my unprofessional opinion could be the problem and then within a minute found what TWO other plumbers couldn’t. Fixed it and even tightened some other things that had nothing to do with the initial problem. All that, for (gasp) the actual price quoted on the phone.
